What is the situation with AI in public authorities? I Questions about AI

What advantages do AI systems offer over conventional technologies in public administration? How can we ensure that users accept these systems? Prof. Dr. Susanne Boll is Professor of Media Informatics and Multimedia Systems at Carl von Ossietzky University in Oldenburg and head of the “Innovation, Business Models, and Processes” working group at the Learning Systems Platform. Her research focuses on digital services for citizens, among other topics. In this interview, she explains the extent to which AI systems are already being used in public administration today.
